The album came wrapped in a paper bag, covered in a passage from ''The Book of Mormon,'' and with the words "''Old Bag''" written on the cover. It was only by removing the bag that the viewer could see the true album and its title.
The album is also remarkable for containing some of the worst noises ever recorded in audio history.

This caused drama in the life of Ron Nasty, as [[David Bowie]] incorrectly believed that "''Old Bag''" was a reference to his wife of the time. Bowie eventually forgave Nasty, but by that time he had gone into isolation. <ref>David Bowie extended interview, ''[[The Rutles 2: Can't Buy Me Lunch]]''</ref>

Unfinished Music No. 1: Old Bag or Unfinished Music No. 1: Two Mormons is a 1968 avant-garde/noise album by Ron Nasty and Chastity, the first of three experimental albums released by the two. The album art very notorious, as it follows Nasty's conflictual relationship with organized religion after his "bigger than God" comment.

The album came wrapped in a paper bag, covered in a passage from The Book of Mormon, and with the words "Old Bag" written on the cover. It was only by removing the bag that the viewer could see the true album and its title.

This caused drama in the life of Ron Nasty, as David Bowie incorrectly believed that "Old Bag" was a reference to his wife of the time. Bowie eventually forgave Nasty, but by that time he had gone into isolation. [1]
