Tug Of Whore

The album cover

Tug Of Whore was the third Dirk McQuickly solo album

Background

Dirk McQuickly had been working on the song 'We All Hang Together' for the animation Lupert The Pear. The song for the animation was named 'the naffest song of all time' by Mick Jagger and got Dirk arrested.

On release, Dirk recorded Tug Of Whore with the same producer who worked with the Rutles. It was released in 1982.
