Influence and References to Tea

• Ticket to Rut has an unintentional reference to tea. Specifically speaking, a tea kettle can be heard in the background.
• The Rutles' second appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show was sponsored by Lipton Instant Tea.
• Sgt. Rutter's Only Darts Club Band, their greatest work, was created under the influence of tea.
• Tea pots were the most common item taken from Rutle Corps and the most commonly replaced item. Most of the time, however, they just forgot where they were and just got new ones. The tea pots are some of the most sought after Rutles relics.
