Rutles For Free Download was a digital bootleg album by the All-Union Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics that consists of alternate versions of Rutle tunes from the Rutles For Sale album, some singles, and the 1965 Rutles fan club Christmas record.

- Rutles For Free Download was particularly popular with the U.S. military at the time of it's release, as they were one of the only groups of people who had access to the internet at the time.
- Rutles For Free Download was one of the earliest acts of cyberwarfare ever recorded.
- Rutles For Free Download became unavailable for download just about a week before the collapse of the Soviet Union (USSR).
- Stig O'Hara mentioned the bootleg in a 1989 interview.
