Get Up and Go is a song by The Rutles, written by Sir Dirk McQuickly and attributed to Nasty/McQuickly. They performed it live on the rooftop of Rutle Corps in 1969. Billy STP handled the keyboard work.
The song was controversial at the time because its lyrics supposedly referred to an auto accident in which Dirk's hearing was permanently damaged.
