Elizabeth, Queen of Rutland And Parts Of Leicestershire And A Bit Of Northampton As Well (21 April 1926 – 8 September 2022) was the Queen of Rutland, And Parts Of Leicestershire And A Bit Of Northampton As Well at the time Rutland Weekend Television aired from the 1970s to 2002. She was the wife of Prince Philip, Duke of Rutland And Parts Of Leicestershire And A Bit Of Northampton As Well and the sister of Princess Margaret, Countess of Rutland, And Parts Of Leicestershire And A Bit Of Northampton As Well.
In 1964, she watched The Rutles preform their song "With a Girl Like You" after being jokingly referred to by Ron Nasty as "Barry's mum", initially finding the song boring via a yawn but nevertheless enjoyed the preference by cheering at the end. The next day, she gave all four members of the Rutles MBEs.
For Rutland Weekend Television, her royal duties were reported frequently in the segment Her Majesty The Queen of Rutland (And Parts Of Leicestershire And A Bit Of Northampton As Well).
