Astro Glide is a German photographer and artist, who was girlfriend of the fifth Rutle, Leppo, and friends with Vurgen Jollmer who was also Rutles associates, She took the famous pictures of the Rutles in Hamburg and claimed to have put them in their trousers. She made the covers for several Rutle albums and their solo careers, such as Semi-Automatic, Archaeology and Barry. She was also a bass player and participated in the Polyvinyl Wicker Trio.
